This price includes:

• Heating / electricity / water / logs for the chimney
• Local taxes, household waste taxes, etc.
• Household linen, sheets and towels are provided
• Laundry, ironing and complete cleaning of the house at end of rental
• Coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc. + the usual cleaning products (dishwasher and washing machine, among others)
• Cleaning of the house at the end of rental
• Deck chairs, garden furniture and parasol
• 2 BBQ, charcoal included
• Table tennis/Badmington/Darts/Pétanque

9 bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 22 people:

1st floor
1 double with dressing room, bathroom / shower / WC
2 doubles with shower and WC

2nd floor
1 quadruple (2 double beds)
4 doubles
Games room: 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed (sleeps 2)
This floor shares a bathroom with corner bathtub and shower and separate WC, and a shower room with WC

Terms and conditions of booking and payment:

• No deposit required (except when renting the barn for special events, weddings, etc.).
• 30 % down payment by bank transfer upon booking confirmation
• 70 % remaining 30 days before the day of arrival per bank transfer or cash on the day of arrival
• If you have to cancel your stay, for whatever reason, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary arrangements. The deposit will be refunded as stated here below
• For reasons of hygiene and respect for the following tenants (allergies among others) PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Cancellation Policy:

• Bookings cancelled up to 6 weeks before scheduled arrival day will receive a 100% refund
• Bookings cancelled up to 3 weeks before scheduled arrival day will receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day

In view of the large number of requests, these dates continue to be proposed to other guests. The rental will be confirmed on basis “first come, first served”.
