As the property is always let to a single group of families or friends and the accommodation sleeps 22 people, we apply a minimum flat rate valid for 10 adults.

These times may be amended according to the arrival and departure times of previous or subsequent groups.

This price includes:
  • Heating / electricity / water / logs for the chimney
  • Household linen, sheets and towels are provided
  • Laundry, ironing and complete cleaning of the house at end of rental
  • Coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc. + the usual cleaning products (dishwasher and washing machine, among others)

Terms and conditions of booking and payment:
  • 30 % down payment by bank transfer upon booking confirmation
  • 70 % remaining 30 days before arrival date
  • For security and insurance reasons as well as the visitors' tax you must provide, for each guest, a copy of your passport or ID card.
Cancellation Policy:
  • Bookings cancelled up to 6 weeks before arrival day: 100% refund
  • Bookings cancelled up to 3 weeks before arrival day: 50% refund
  • Cancellations under 3 weeks before arrival day: not refund
